Bimetallic Hammers are  the economic abrasion solution for large batches. HARDTOP Bimetallic Hammers includes the alloy-group of Iron-Chromium- Molybdenum hard cast types, Iron-Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium hard cast types, Cobalt-and Nickel-Chromium–Boron qualities as composite casts.

  • Economic abrasion resistant solution for large batches.

  • Available in precision casting, cast in Carbon Dioxide, sand/green sand, or as centrifugal castings.

  • Weights of cores are 50gr/par.

  • High degree of rationalization responsible for economic alternative in the mechanical processing.

  • Applied for crushing, mixing, forming and recycling.

Bimetallic Hammers have proved to be very successful and life improvement upto 3 times of manganese steel hammers is already achieved. The top wearing face is made in white cast iron and the balance material in Chrome-Moly steel duly tempered.
